The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Robert Nicholas Hines, Bo Hines for Congress, refunded $1,100 to Mark Notturno on March 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Bo Hines for Congress has refunded $15,200 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
