Wilkes County Schools issued the following announcement on Mar. 1.

Are you a student who is age 16 or older, and would like to get paid to work for a local company this summer while also getting college credit? Apply to be a pre-apprentice! Watch this video to learn more about this amazing, FREE program, and what companies are accepting pre-apprentices this summer! The deadline to apply is March 11th, so don’t wait!
