Town of Valdese issued the following announcement on Apr. 14.
Back by popular demand…it’s time to show off your mom’s moxie! This Mother’s Day, submit a “throwback” or funny photo of your mom to give her a chance to win a fabulous Mother’s Day gift basket! Here’s how it works:
-Submit a photo of your mom (or any special lady in your life: aunts, grandmothers, sisters, etc.) to the Town of Valdese Facebook page or email to ahogan@valdesenc.gov April 25-May 5.
-Encourage friends and family to “vote” for your photo by giving it a LIKE on Facebook! Voting will end on May 6th at 12:00 P.M. Winner will be announced shortly after!
-One submission per each individual
