City of Morganton issued the following announcement on Mar. 24.
Person in this position assists with venue setup and food and beverage service, guest attention, and overall logistics of banquet events. Also set-up of tables, linens, chairs, place setting, buffet set-up, etc. Must have clear communication and teamwork, while maintaining the Community House standard for excellence, a sense of urgency and maintain a positive and professional attitude. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Frequently walking with possible extended distances, some standing at times, and ability to bend and climb stairs when necessary. Must be able to routinely lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Starting rate is $ 10.00/hour.
