Burke County issued the following announcement on Sept. 15.
LOW WATER PRESSURE IN GEORGE HILDEBRAN AREA
Due to a water main break, water customers in the George Hildebran area may experience low water pressure this afternoon and tonight. We anticipate the break will be fixed by 6:00 p.m. However, water pressure may not be fully restored until late tonight due to low water tank levels.
