On April 16, 2026, Harrigan addressed federal environmental policy by stating: “The federal government has been requiring two separate environmental reviews for the same project for decades, and the Supreme Court just confirmed last year that one is enough. In another post from April 16, Harrigan highlighted legislation supporting special operations personnel: “Our most elite warriors dedicate their careers to mastering firearms under conditions most people will never face. Harrigan serves as a member of Congress after winning his seat in November 2024 with approximately 57.5% of the vote against Ralph R. Scott, Jr., who received about 38.2%.
