Long View Police Department issued the following announcement on Feb. 24.

Long View Police Department is now equipped with Body–Worn Cameras, following a unanimous Town Council vote on September 9, 2021, the Town Council approved a 5-year contract with Axon Enterprise, Inc. as its sole vendor for the body-worn cameras.
