County of Burke issued the following announcement on Oct. 7.
Section 1.
On the 29th day of September 2022 at 4:30 p.m., I determined and declared a local State of Emergency for the County of Burke, effective September 2 9, 2022, at 6:00 p.m.
Section 2.
On the 29th day of September 2022 at 4:30 p.m., I ordered the execution of the emergency action plan.
Section 3.
I have determined that a State of Emergency no longer exists in the Count of Burke.
Section 4.
I thereby terminate the declaration of a local State of Emergency and all the restrictions and orders therein.
Section5.
This declaration shall become effective immediately.
