Congressman Pat Harrigan has recently shared updates on his official X (formerly Twitter) account regarding local economic development, modern warfare technology, and election legislation.

On February 2, 2026, Harrigan posted about his visit to the Bosch facility in Lincolnton. He wrote, “Spent time at the @BoschGlobal facility in Lincolnton last week to get a firsthand look at how their expansion is coming together. This site has been operating since the 1960s, and Bosch’s recent $130 million investment is adding new space and creating hundreds of jobs over the”.

Later that day, Harrigan commented on advancements in military technology. On February 2, 2026, he stated, “Every era has a weapon that changes the math of war. Today, drones have taken the AK-47’s place.”

The following day, on February 3, 2026, Harrigan discussed proposed election legislation known as the SAVE Act. He wrote, “The SAVE Act does one simple thing: proves citizenship to vote and removes noncitizens from voter rolls. Americans show ID to fly, open a bank account, buy alcohol, or attend a concert, yet Democrats fight ID at the ballot box. With 84% of Americans supporting commonsense”.

Pat Harrigan was elected to Congress after defeating Ralph R. Scott, Jr. in the 2024 general election with 57.5% of the vote.
